Prepare, review, and follow up on meetings in the sales workspace

Sales Hub Professional, Enterprise
Users with an assigned Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise seat can manage their meetings in the sales workspace. Review pre-meeting insights to help you get prepared for the conversation and post-meeting summaries to highlight key points from the conversation. You can also view your suggested activities to help you follow up with next steps from the conversation. If you're a Super Admin, learn how to opt your account into the beta.
Edit meeting outcome or associations
You can edit your meeting outcome or associations at any time.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Sales Workspace.
- Click the Schedule tab.
- Click a meeting.
- To edit your meeting outcome, in the top left, click the Outcome dropdown menu and select an outcome.
- To view and edit your associations, in the top left, click All associations.
- In the right panel, you can view associated calls and objects.
- To add an associated call or object, click + Add.
Prepare for your meeting
User with an assigned Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise seat can prepare for conversations with pre-meeting insights. You can view attendee acceptance statuses, manage meeting details, and see insights before you begin your meeting.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Sales Workspace.
- Click the Schedule tab.
- Click a meeting.
- On the Info & Insights tab:
- In the Meeting details section you can click the field to edit your Meeting title or Attendee description. Then click Save.
- Click the Start date, Start time, and End time dropdown menus to adjust the date or time.
- In the Attendees section, click the Manage dropdown menu to search for contacts you’d like to add to your meeting.
- Select the checkbox next to the contact’s name to add them to the meeting.
- Clear a checkbox next to a contact’s name to remove them from a meeting.
- In the Internal notes section:
- Take notes for internal users in your accounts.
- Click the icons to format your text or insert a snippet, link, or image.
- In the Prospecting agent updates section, if the meeting was booked through the prospecting agent (BETA), you can view the agent’s interaction history.
- In the Pain points section, you can view pain points that were detected from previous emails, notes, calls, and transcripts with contacts on the meeting. For each pain point that was detected, you can view a tip on how to address the issue. If contacts do not have prior engagements in your CRM, it's possible that no pain points will be detected.
- In the Web page visits section, you can view the web pages your prospects have recently visited. This may help you understand what they might be interested in.
- In the Recent Activity section, you can review the participants give most recent engagements and summaries so you're up to speed on the latest interactions.
Review recordings and transcripts
After a recorded meeting, you can review the details from the meeting (generated by Breeze, HubSpot's AI) in the sales workspace.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Sales Workspace.
- Click the Schedule tab.
- Click a meeting.
- Click Recording & Transcript tab.
- In the Next steps section, you can view suggested next steps.
- Click Follow up to send an email with your meeting notes.
- Click Create a task to create a follow up task.
- In the Meeting notes section, you can review a meeting summary, key notes, and topics discussed from your meeting.
- In the Transcript section, if you're using meeting notetaker (BETA), first party calling, the Zoom integration, the Google Meets integration (BETA), or the Microsoft Teams integration (BETA), you can review a video of your meeting and the transcript.
- To start the recording, clickplayerPlay Play. You use the controls to playerFastForward skip, playerRewind rewind, or playerPause pause.
- To adjust the volume, click the volumeDown volume bar.
- To adjust the playback speed, click Speed 1x, then select the playback speed.
- To view your participants, click Participants.
- To search for key terms in your transcripts, enter the key terms in the Search transcript field.
- To share your recording, in the top right, click Share recording share.
You can also review recordings by navigating to the contact record of an attendee and clicking the meeting activity card on the Activities tab.
