What does the conversion rate of a workflow mean?

Last updated: November 1, 2017

Applies to:

Marketing Hub
Professional, Enterprise

The conversion rate in the Performance tab of your workflow represents the number of enrolled contacts who met the criteria of the goal of the workflow divided by the total number of contacts who started the workflow (multiplied by 100 to get the percentage). It can be used to gauge the success of your workflow in terms of driving contacts towards the goal of your workflow.

Please note: contacts will only be counted toward the goal count/conversion rate if they meet the goal criteria after being sent an email (not including internal emails) in your workflow. To learn more about how goal criteria work for Sales Professional subscriptions, check out this article.
