Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Use the HubSpot mobile app to view and manage your contact, company, deal, ticket, lead, and custom object records from your mobile device. For example, log a call right after an in-person sales meeting, or create a new contact on the spot to keep your CRM current without returning to your desk.

If you’re using HubSpot on your computer, learn how to work with records on the desktop app.

Please note:
  • Records cannot be created, edited, or viewed in the mobile app without internet or data connection.
  • Your account may use personalized names for each object (e.g., account instead of company). This article refers to objects by their HubSpot default names.

Filter records in the mobile app

View an object index page in the mobile app to filter records and use saved views. Configurations for saved views (e.g., quick filters, board card layout, table columns) created on desktop sync to mobile, with the first twenty columns displayed for table view. Learn more about creating mobile specific views and customizing the board card layout.
