How to use the Social Reports tool

You've scheduled, published, and engaged with your social following. Now, you can run reports on how well your social media efforts have been performing.

Social Reports will automatically have a default report available for you to compare your current month to your last month for all of your social media activity, but also will let you see which platforms may be outperforming others. What's awesome about these reports is that they are already built out for you; all you need to do is add your relevant filtering. This article will take you through each of the reports provided in the social reports tool.

Follow the steps below to navigate through and learn about the social reports tool.

Please note: HubSpot will only track social posts created in HubSpot using the social publishing tool. Posts published directly to a social media platform will not appear in the social reports tool.
