Use the workflow navigation bar

Use the workflow navigation bar when creating and editing your workflows. Below, review an overview of how the navigation is organized in the workflow editor. When using the new navigation bar in the workflow editor, you can also use keyboard shortcuts.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automations > Workflows.
- Click the name of an existing workflow or create a new workflow. The new workflow navigation bar will appear in the top left of the workflow editor.
File
- New: create a new workflow. The workflow editor will launch in a new tab.
- Clone: create a duplicate of the existing workflow.
- Export as .PNG: export the workflow as displayed in the workflow editor, as a PNG file.
- Organize: manage your workflow's details, associations, and organization within the workflow tool.
- About this workflow: review and update the workflow's name and description. You can use AI assistant to generate a workflow description.
- Assign workflow access: assign the workflow to a specific team. Only teams with access will be able to edit the workflow. Learn more about managing access to your HubSpot assets.
- Add business unit label: if you have the Business units add on, you can associate your workflow with a specific business unit.
- Add campaign label: if you have a Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription, you can add your workflow to a campaign as a campaign asset.
- Move to folder: add the workflow to an existing workflow folder. Learn more about organizing your workflow with folders.
- Delete: delete the workflow. After deleting a workflow, you can still clone the workflow for up to 90 days. Learn more about deleting workflows.
Edit
- Edit enrollment trigger: change the enrollment triggers or event enrollment triggers for the workflow.
- Add action: add a new action to the workflow. This action will be added to the end of your workflow.
- Edit with AI (BETA): use enter a prompt to use AI assistants to add actions to your workflow. Learn more about using AI assistants with workflow actions.
- Clean up workflow: automatically streamline your workflow. If there are no opportunities to clean up your workflow, this option will be greyed out.
- Set goal: set a goal and keep track of your progress in contact-based workflows. Contacts that meet the workflow goal will be automatically unenrolled. Learn more about using goals.
- Undo: revert the most recent change to your workflow in the workflow editor.
- Redo: if you've previously selected the Undo option, use this to make the same change again.
- Manually enroll [object]: manually enroll a record into the workflow.
View
- Comments: review and add comments to the workflow in the collaboration sidebar. Learn more about adding and managing comments in workflows.
- Zoom: zoom in to get a closer view of your workflow, zoom out to get a further view of your workflow. You can also view a simplified minimap of the workflow.
- Test: preview how a record will proceed through your workflow if enrolled.
- Connections: review the workflow's associated assets. For example, if a workflow uses a form submission as an enrollment criteria, the form will appear in this list.
- Revision history: review historical changes to the workflow. Learn more about reviewing your workflow history.
- Performance: review your workflow's performance. The workflow's performance page will open in a new tab.
- Enrollment history: review your workflow's enrollments, including enrollments from more than 90 days ago.
- Action logs: review your workflow's action logs. The workflow's Action logs will open in a new tab.

- Settings: access the workflow's settings page. Learn more about managing workflow settings.

- Knowledge base: access workflow how-to guides, reference docs, and troubleshooting steps in HubSpot's Knowledge Base. The workflow Knowledge Base page will open in a new tab.
