What does the Workflow error "SMS notification failed, portal exceeded rate limit" mean?

If you see the workflow error "SMS notification failed, portal exceeded rate limit" this is because there is a limit of 1,000 SMS messages per month across all workflows for each HubSpot account.

At this time, there is no way to increase this limit.

When the next month starts, you will have 1,000 SMS messages available for use once again, but the errored SMS messages from the previous month will not be retried.
