Tracking URL visits not appearing in campaigns

Last updated: December 8, 2018

If visits from tracking URLs associated with a campaign aren't appearing in the campaign details page or in campaign analytics, it could be due to two reasons.

  1. The tracking URLs are categorizing sessions in the sources report under Email marketingPaid social, or Social media.
    • Only tracking URLs that are categorizing sessions in the sources report under Paid search or Other campaigns will appear in the campaign details page or in campaign analytics.
    • The Emails section on the campaign details page will only show marketing emails sent through HubSpot.
    • The Social posts section on the campaign details page will only show social posts published through HubSpot.
  2. A tracking URL will not appear in the campaign details page or campaign analytics unless it has at least one visit after the campaign was created. For example, if a tracking URL is visited on June 10, 2018, but the campaign was created on June 12, 2018, the tracking URL will not appear in the campaign details page or in campaign analytics.
