What are the different personalization token categories I can use when personalizing my content?

Within your HubSpot emails, landing pages, and website pages you can implement Personalization tokens to personalize the experience for your contacts. When inserting personalization tokens into your content you will be able to select from the four categories listed below:

  • Contact - Tokens from this category pull in the value for any contact properties associated with your contacts in your HubSpot database (e.g. First Name, Last Name, City). For a full list of the default contact properties, check out this article
  • Company - Tokens from this category pull in the value for the company properties tied to your contacts (e.g. Total Revenue, Industry, and Company Name). For a full list of the default company properties, check out this article.
  • Office Location - The tokens from this category pull in elements of the address you have specified in your HubSpot Content Settings for your company's location. You can edit your company's location details by navigating to Content > Content Settings > Email > Footer Information.
  • HubSpot Owner -  Users within your HubSpot account can be assigned as owners of contacts. Tokens from this category pull in values from your HubSpot user profiles, such as First Name, Last Name, Signature, and Meetings Link. The values will be personalized per contact based on which user has been assigned as the owner for that contact. 
Please note that Signature and Meetings Link can only be found in accounts with the HubSpot Sales product.
