Calling gives you full control over your outgoing calls, with the ability to register multiple phone numbers. Before placing a call, you'll have the option to select your outgoing number.
You also have the option to call from your browser or through a physical phone. The call will be recorded automatically, unless you are calling a two-party consent state/country. In those cases, you can enable recording manually.

In the CRMYou can place calls directly on any contact record in your CRM.
In Gmail or Outlook for Desktop
When composing an email in Gmail or Outlook for desktop, the HubSpot Sales extension will display a sidebar with contact information. You can place calls directly from this sidebar.
Just like in the CRM, you will be able to select a secondary phone number, disable/enable recording, or leave notes. This information will all appear on the associated contact record in the CRM.
The call queue allows you to preselect contacts that you would like to call in a row.
To add contacts to your call queue, navigate to Contacts within HubSpot Sales. Choose the contacts you would like to call by selecting the checkbox next to their record. Next, select the phone icon to add contacts to your Call Queue.
In order to start calling the contacts added to your Call Queue, navigate to Sales Tools > Call Queue. In the top left corner of the page, select Start Calling.
Once calling begins, you'll have the ability to customize the delay between calls, pause the queue, or skip forward/back. If you prefer, within delay dropdown you can choose Off, to move through the call queue manually.
