Why is my contact not included in my email sent list?

After sending an email, you may look to create a list of contacts whom the email was sent to depending on the contact segmentation you're employing to better target your contacts. When creating such list, you may not see a contact you had attempted to send the email to, and why is that? That is due to the contact being Dropped. This basically means that if the contact was ineligible for email before you sent the email message, the contact will count as Dropped and Not Sent as the contact was excluded prior to sending due to its ineligibility.
