You can include a payment link on a scheduling page to collect payments when a contact books a meeting with you. When you include a payment link on a scheduling page, a checkout widget will appear when a contact books time with you. For example, you can share a scheduling page so contacts can sign up for a career counseling session or workshop and collect payment for the session as soon as they book.
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Meetings.
In the upper right, click Create scheduling page.
In the dialog box, select One-to-One.
Please note: currently, you can only collect payments from one-to-one scheduling pages.
When a contact opens your scheduling page, they will see the price listed above the time slots.
They can then select a date, time, and length of time if you've set multiple meeting duration options. After entering their contact information and answering any custom questions you've added, then they will be asked to enter their payment information on a checkout page. The meeting time will also appear below the order summary.
When a payment is processed successfully, a confirmation message will appear letting the contact know that their payment was submitted and the meeting was scheduled. Learn more about what happens after a payment is collected in HubSpot.
