Sometimes a contact's property history will indicate Analytics as the original change source. This can happen when a non-HubSpot form is used on an external page.

It is possible to set up JavaScript events that work with the HubSpot Tracking Code to create a contact in HubSpot (via analytics) when an email address is “detected” on the page. This can happen when a visitor enters an email address in an email field on a non-HubSpot form on a page using the WordPress plugin or the JavaScript API (more info on this here).

The change source will only appear as Forms if the contact submits a HubSpot Form or submits via the HubSpot Forms API.
