How the new navigation is organized
All the HubSpot tools have been organized in a consistent navigation layout for all HubSpot products. Tools are grouped together based on how they support your business process, resulting in fewer clicks and a more streamlined workflow.
An overview of the top-level items in the updated navigation, and the HubSpot tools included in each:
- Contacts: everything related to contacts, companies, and your interactions. This menu includes Contacts, Companies, a customizable Activity Feed, and Lists.
- Conversations: a central space for all of your direct communication with your contacts. This menu includes an Inbox to track engagements, Chatflows, Snippets, and Templates.
- Marketing: all of your marketing tools for content, conversions, and strategy. This menu includes Ads, Email, Social, Website, Files and Templates, Lead Capture, and Planning and Strategy. Menu items with a right arrow iconrighthave additional child items.
- Website: all the tools for your web-hosted content. This includes Blog, Landing Pages, and Website Pages.

- Settings settings: all of your account and product settings are located in one place. Navigate to each of your settings using the left sidebar menu. When clicking Settings settings while in certain tools, you may be brought to that tool's specific settings. For example, clicking Settings settings while on the email dashboard, will bring you to your email settings. You can click Back to all settings in the upper left to see all settings.

- Academy: HubSpot Academy resources are located under your account menu under Academy.
- Account: your account menu in the upper-right corner remains mostly consistent with the classic navigation except for the addition of the Academy. Your Account Settings have been moved from this menu and added to the left sidebar of your general settings (settings icon settings).
