Create notes with workflows (BETA)

Use the Create note action in your workflow to automate the process of adding notes to your CRM records in HubSpot. Notes created from this action will be automatically associated with the enrolled record.
For example, you can create notes for contacts that submitted a form. Then, add additional details to the note using tokens based on the form fields, such as a Comment field.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automations > Workflows.
- Click the name of an existing workflow, or create a new workflow.
- Click the plus icon + to add a workflow action.
- In the left panel, click to expand CRM. Then, select Create note.
- In the Note Body field, enter your note details. Use the rich text toolbar to format your note. For example, you can bold and italicize the message in your note. You can also add links, emojis, and more.
- After setting up your note, at the top, click Save.
- Continue creating your workflow.
