This article provides an overview of how the HubSpot navigation is organized. In HubSpot, tools are grouped together based on how they support your business processes.

An overview of the top-level items in the navigation, and the HubSpot tools included in each:

Please note: the menu items shown in your account depend on your user permissions and your HubSpot subscription. Learn more about which tools you have access to in the Product & Services catalog

    • Website: all the tools for your web-hosted content. This menu includes Website Pages, Blog, and SEO.
    • Files and Templates: a central location for your website content and assets. This menu includes Design Tools, Files, and HubDB.
    • Lead Capture: tools used to attract and convert new contacts and customers. This menu includes CTAs and Forms.
  • Settings settings: all of your account and product settings are located in one place. Navigate to each of your settings using the left sidebar menu. When clicking Settings settings while in certain tools, you may be brought to that tool's specific settings. For example, clicking Settings settings while on the email dashboard, will bring you to your email settings. You can click Back to all settings in the upper left to see all settings.
  • Notifications: a central place to view your user notifications.
  • Account: click the dropdown menu to access options for account details and services. This menu includes Profile & Preferences, your account Hub ID, Account & Billing, HubSpot Academy, Pricing & Features, Product Updates, Projects, and Training & Services. At the bottom of the dropdown menu, you can also click to Sign out or view the Privacy policy.
